The Perdomo Lot 23 cigar is composed of 100% puro tobacco from one field in Esteli
planted by Nick Perdomo. This field produced a very small crop of tobaccos, and these tobaccos, 6 years later, were carefully blended together to create a unique Nicaraguan puro. Medium bodied with a silky Connecticut seed wrapper
and fillers with a rich blend of dark Nicaraguan tobaccos bound by a robust Nicaraguan binder, this creamy cigar has hints of woods and nuts that culminate into one of the best-balanced Nicaraguan cigars on the market. The smoke is creamy and well-balanced with a hearty, wholesome flavor. The Perdomo Lot 23 is an incredible value that rivals the finest Connecticut wrapper cigars at a fraction of the price.

The history of the Perdomo family's cigar making tradition recounts three generations of Cuban cigar artisans and their quest for survival, freedom and their fervent dream of producing the finest cigars in the world. A quiet and peaceful man steadfastly opposed to Castro and the communist revolution, Silvio Perdomo
was soon arrested. Three years later he was transferred to La Cabana, a murky
18th century fortress overlooking Havana Bay. In 1991, Nick, Jr. and his two mentors began their
cigar making endeavor in earnest. They first leased a small factory in Little
Havana and later moved to a larger facility on Flagler Street.
